EVENTS, WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

Bookings

Event and retreat bookings are confirmed only once full payment (or approved payment plan instalments) are received.

Cancellations by You

Unless otherwise stated:

• event tickets are non-refundable

• transfers may be allowed at our discretion

• refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances including illness, venue issues, weather, or insufficient numbers. Where this occurs, you will be offered:

• a transfer to a rescheduled date, or

• a credit, or

• a refund (excluding third-party costs), at our discretion

PAYMENT TERMS
