PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR ENGAGING WITH OUR SERVICES.
Last updated: Aug 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program or membership, attending an event, or otherwise engaging with Soul Society Collective.
By accessing or using this website, making a purchase, enrolling in or participating in any Soul Society Collective service, program, membership, event, workshop, retreat or other offering, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Soul Society Collective”, “Soul Society”, “We”, “Us” and “Our” refers to Soul Society Collective. “You” and “Your” refers to any website visitor, purchaser, client, member, participant, attendee or person engaging with our services.
Soul Society Collective provides services and experiences including, but not limited to:
Our current coaching, mentoring and membership offerings may include:
Specific inclusions, pricing, duration and payment arrangements will be outlined at the time you purchase or enrol.
When you enrol in a Soul Society offering, you are committing to the service, program length and payment arrangement selected at the time of purchase.
Where a minimum commitment applies, you agree to complete that commitment and make the agreed payments.
The payment arrangement you select does not change the minimum commitment or length of your program. For example, choosing to pay for a six-month mentoring program upfront does not change the six-month program commitment.
If your circumstances change, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to work with you where reasonably possible. However, any change, pause or cancellation must be agreed to by Soul Society in writing, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
You agree to pay all fees associated with the product, service, membership, event or program you purchase.
Where recurring payments or a payment plan applies, you authorise Soul Society and/or our nominated payment provider to process the agreed payments using the payment details you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring:
If a payment fails, we may contact you to arrange payment.
If an account remains overdue, Soul Society may temporarily suspend access to coaching sessions, community spaces, recordings, digital resources or other services until the account is brought up to date, subject to applicable law.
Any outstanding payments remain payable in accordance with the commitment and payment arrangement you agreed to when enrolling.
Stopping or cancelling a direct debit, credit card or other payment method does not, by itself, cancel your agreed program or membership commitment.
We will not knowingly charge you for anything you have not agreed to purchase.
We understand that circumstances can change.
If you need to discuss cancelling, pausing or changing your participation, please contact us at:
hello@soulsocietycollective.com.au
Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the service you purchased, any applicable minimum commitment and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
For fixed-term programs and memberships, you remain responsible for the agreed commitment unless Soul Society agrees otherwise in writing or you have a legal right to cancel.
Current minimum commitments include:
We encourage you to speak with us as early as possible so we can understand your circumstances and discuss any options that may be available.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Event, workshop and retreat bookings are confirmed once full payment, or the required instalment under an approved payment plan, has been received.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
We may need to change, postpone, reschedule or cancel an event, workshop, retreat, session or experience due to circumstances such as illness, venue availability, weather, insufficient numbers, facilitator availability, government restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice and may offer:
The option available will depend on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Collective Circle is built around connection, honesty, support and community.
By joining, you agree to help us create a space where women feel safe, respected and welcome.
You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to Collective Circle or another Soul Society community where behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, inappropriate, unsafe or seriously disruptive to others.
In serious circumstances, access may be removed immediately.
Where access is removed due to a breach of these Terms or our community standards, a refund will not automatically be provided and removal does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations or minimum commitments, subject to applicable law.
We want Soul Society spaces to be places where people feel comfortable sharing openly.
While we ask every participant to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that information shared with other participants in a group, community, event or program will remain confidential.

Soul Society is a growing business and our offerings may evolve over time.
We may occasionally need to change session dates, venues, guest speakers, facilitators, activities, program content or the way a service is delivered due to availability, illness, venue requirements or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
