As a mother and daughter, we’ve witnessed this across two generations. We’ve lived the beauty, the mess & chaos, the growth, the setbacks, and the rebuilding. We’ve learned firsthand how powerful it is to feel supported, seen, and connected and why creating space for that kind of support truly matters.

After Rache having over 20 years in the hair and beauty industry, becoming a teen mum, building and running businesses, and leading teams, Rache brings deep insight into resilience, balance, leadership, and what it truly takes to create a whole life — not just a successful one. Her passion is mentoring & supporting women to navigate life, business, and motherhood with confidence and clarity.
Allegra brings the voice and heart of the younger generation supporting teens and young women to build confidence, self-belief, and courage. She understands the pressures young people face today and empowers them to show up for themselves, speak up, and feel worthy of taking up space.
Together, our purpose is simple: to give back.
