Retreat Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Soul Society One Day Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Due to the intimate nature of this event and limited spaces available, all payments are non-refundable within 10 days of the retreat date.
• Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund of the total ticket price.
• Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued for change of mind, non-attendance or last-minute cancellations within 10 days of the event.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person with written notice provided to Soul Society prior to the event.
• Soul Society reserves the right to make minor changes to the event schedule, facilitators or inclusions if required.
• By attending the retreat, you acknowledge that all activities are participated in voluntarily and you take responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout the event.
• If the retreat is cancelled by Soul Society due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
