We only ship within Australia. We send all our domestic parcels via Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges
• We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, exactly as they were received.
• Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be returned.
Hygiene & Safety
• For hygiene reasons, worn or used items cannot be returned, including candles that have been lit.
Exchanges
• We’re happy to offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability).
• To arrange an exchange, please contact us within the 30-day return period.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
